Delicious apple cake with pecans! Ingredients:
3 eggs |
1 1/2 cups vegetable oil |
1 tsp. salt |
1 cup chopped pecans |
3 cups finely chopped apples |
2 cups sugar |
3 cups self-rising flour, sifted |
2 tsp. vanilla |
confectioners sugar |
Directions:
1. Beat eggs.
2. Add sugar, oil, flour, salt, vanilla, and pecans.
3. Do not overmix.
4. Gently fold in apples.
5. Bake 1 hour at 375 degrees.
6. Cool in pan on wire rack.
7. Lightly dust with confectioners sugar.
