Apple Crumble

Ingredients:
4 green apples, peeled, quartered and cored
2 tbsp sugar
1/2 cup water
crumble
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/4 cup plain flour
1/2 cup desiccated coconut
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
50g butter
Directions:
1. Preheat a moderate oven.
2. Peel and core apple and chop into wedges. Place apples, sugar and water in a saucepan and bring to the boil. Cover and simmer for 10-12 minutes or until soft. Remove from heat, mash with potato masher and pour into a 20 X 30cm oven dish.
3. Melt butter in a small saucepan. Add rolled oats, coconut, flour, sugar and cinnamon; stir to combine. Lay over apples and press down with a spoon.
4. Bake in a moderate oven for 20 minutes or until browned.
5. Serve with cream or ice cream.
