Apple crisp w/ maple syrup Ingredients:
4 medium apples |
1/2 cup quick oats |
1/4 cup whole wheat flour |
1/2 cup maple syrup, sugar free |
1 teaspoon cinnamon |
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg |
Directions:
1. Peel apples and cut into thin slices 2. Mix remaining ingredients and combine with apples. Place in glass baking dish. 3. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes, or until top is golden brown. |
