4 cups sliced and peeled apples |
1/4 cup water |
3/4 cup flour |
1 cup sugar |
1 teaspoon cinnamon |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/2 cup butter |
Directions:
1. Place apples and water in a 9x9 pan. 2. Sift flour, sugar, cinnamon, and salt into a bowl. 3. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. 4. Sprinkle over apples. 5. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes or until apples are tender. |
