a three step flavorful pork roast Ingredients:
2 lbs pork tenderloin, fat trimmed |
2 tablespoons canola oil |
3 cups apple juice |
3 granny smith apples |
1 cup fresh cranberries |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon black pepper |
Directions:
1. Brown roast on all sides in skillet in canola oil, and place in slow cooker. Add remaining ingredients. 2. Cover, and cook on low 6-8 hours. |
