Apple Cranberry Pork Roast

a three step flavorful pork roast
Ingredients:
2 lbs pork tenderloin, fat trimmed
2 tablespoons canola oil
3 cups apple juice
3 granny smith apples
1 cup fresh cranberries
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Directions:
1. Brown roast on all sides in skillet in canola oil, and place in slow cooker. Add remaining ingredients.
2. Cover, and cook on low 6-8 hours.
