Apple Cranberry Pear Crisp |

Delicious and nutritious! Add different spices (cloves, pumpkin pie) to you own taste. Ingredients:
3 tablespoons butter, reduced-fat |
2 tablespoons brown sugar, packed |
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon |
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger |
1/4 cup almonds, chopped |
1/2 cup oats |
1 tablespoon flour |
1/4 cup dried cranberries |
1 pear, chopped |
2 green apples, chopped |
1 teaspoon sugar |
Directions:
1. Combine first seven ingredients in a food processor or mix by hand until clumps begin to form. 2. Combine fruits and sugar, possibly some additional cinnamon, into an 8-inch baking pan, sprayed with non-stick spray. 3. Pour crumble mixture over top and bake on 375 for 45 minutes or until top is golden brown and apples are tender. |
