Apple Cranberry Nut Bread (ABM) |

Great holiday bread. Makes nice toast. Ingredients:
1/2 cup orange juice |
2/3 cup unsweetened applesauce |
2 tablespoons brown sugar |
1 1/2 teaspoons salt |
1 3/4 cups bread flour |
1 3/4 cups whole wheat flour |
1 1/2 teaspoons yeast |
1/3 cup dried cranberries |
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon |
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg |
1/2 walnuts, chopped |
Directions:
1. Coat dried cranberries with the cinnamon and nutmeg. 2. Add ingredients in order recommended by manufacturer. If you have a fruit and nut cycle, add cranberries and walnuts after the beep, otherwise just add them with everything else. 3. Use basic/light mode. 4. Remove loaf from pan when done and cool on a wire rack before slicing. |
