No mayonnaise. Ingredients:
8 cups finely shredded cabbage (about 1/2 head) |
2 cups shredded carrots |
2 medium granny smith apples, chopped |
1/2 cup dried cranberries or 1/2 cup raisins |
1/4 cup vinaigrette (your choice) |
Directions:
1. In large bowl toss all ingredients except dressing. 2. Just before serving, add vinaigrette and toss. |
