Ingredients:
2 granny smith apples, diced |
1 cup dried cranberries |
2/3 cup apple cider vinegar |
1/2 cup onion, diced |
1/3 cup sugar |
1 teaspoon cinnamon |
1 teaspoon curry powder |
1/4 teaspoon coarse salt |
1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper |
Directions:
1. Combine apples, dried cranberries, apple cider vinegar, onion, sugar, cinnamon, curry powder, coarse salt, and black pepper in a medium saucepan. 2. Bring to a boil over medium heat; reduce heat to a simmer. 3. Cover and cook for 25 to 30 minutes or until thick, stirring frequently. 4. Makes 1-1/2 cups. |
