Ingredients:
1 cup(s) all-purpose flour |
1 apples, large |
1 tablespoon(s) baking powder |
1/2 cup(s) butter, melted |
2 egg |
1/2 teaspoon(s) ground cinnamon |
1/2 cup(s) large granule sugar |
1 cup(s) quick oatmeal |
1/2 teaspoon(s) salt |
1/3 cup(s) sugar |
Directions:
1. Mix together baking powder, salt, cinnamon, oatmeal, and flour. 2. Beat together butter, milk, and eggs. 3. Fold dry ingredients into wet and mix thoroughly. 4. Spray a deep 9" pie pan with Pam 5. Put about half of the batter into the pie pan 6. Core, peel, and slice the apple into about 16 slices. Distribute over batter. 7. Pour the remaining batter over the apple layer. 8. Sprinkle the large granule sugar over the top; also sprinkle on cinnamon and nutmeg. 9. Bake at 375 for 30-40 minutes, or until done as per toothpick. |
