Ingredients:
1 cup 1% low-fat milk |
1/3 cup oatmeal, cooked |
3 teaspoons almonds, slivered |
2/3 ounce protein powder |
1/2 granny smith apple, chopped |
cinnamon, to taste |
Directions:
1. Add oatmeal and milk in a bowl and cook in the microwave oven for 2 1/2 minutes. 2. Mix in chopped apple and slivered almonds. 3. Sprinkle with cinnamon onto prepared apple cobbler, to taste. |
