These are a fun winter treat for breakfast. Ingredients:
2 apples, cored and peeled |
250 g plain flour |
2 eggs |
1/2 cup milk |
2 tablespoons cinnamon |
50 g caster sugar |
Directions:
1. Heat a frying pan with a little oil,. 2. Melt a little margarine in a pan,. 3. Add the sugar and diced apples, add the cinnamon,. 4. Mix the flour and eggs in a bowl with a fork,. 5. Add the milk until a good batter is formed and whisk with a whisk until the mix is light and frothy,. 6. Stir the apple mix to stop it burning, once the apple begins to soften turn the mix down a little but still hot. 7. Ladle a ladle full of batter into the frying pan, 8. Cook the pancake until browned and fully cooked,. 9. Move onto the plate and spoon some of the apple mix onto the pancake,. 10. Smooth out the spread and roll up the pancake,. 11. Enjoy! |
