I was doing the sureslim diet and needed to make something warming for breakfast. With the limited food allowed and no sugar, this is what I came up with.
Ingredients:
80 g rolled oats
1 cup milk
1 granny smith apple, grated (skin on)
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients and cook on a low heat stirring often until the oats are smooth and creamy.
