This is good served with milk and a sprinkle of sweetener of your choice(sugar, brown sugar, or honey). Wonderful on a cold morning. Ingredients:
1 cup water |
1/4 cup apple juice |
1 apple, peeled and diced |
2/3 cup rolled oats |
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon |
Directions:
1. Combine water, apple juice, and diced apple. 2. Bring to a boil. 3. Stir in rolled oats and cinnamon. 4. Reduce heat and simmer until thick, stirring occasionally. |
