These muffins are a perfect snack to fill you up . Nice and healthy :] Ingredients:
2 cups of all purpose flour |
2 teaspoon baking powder |
1/4 cup caster sugar |
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 cup milk |
1 egg beaten |
1/4 cup melted butter |
i cup apple, cored, peeled and chopped |
Directions:
1. Set Oven at 200 C 2. Get 2 bowls. In one bowl mix egg, milk and butter together. In the other bowl mix the flour, baking powder, sugar, cinnamon and salt together. 3. Mix the two mixtures together 4. Add the apple into the mixture. 5. Put 1 or 2 tablespoons of the mixture in each baking tray section. 6. Put in oven for approx. 20 minutes. |
