Ingredients:
1 slice whole wheat bread (cubed)
1 egg
1 egg white
1/4 cup skim milk
1 dash cinnamon
1 tablespoon sugar-free maple syrup
1 apple (cubed)
Directions:
1. In a microwave safe mug, place cubed bread and apples.
2. Mix together 1 egg, egg white, skim milk,syrup, and cinnamon.
3. Pour mixture over bread cubes and apples.
4. Microwave for 2 minutes (times will vary).
5. Get a fork and enjoy!
