Use to fill buns or whatever you'd like Ingredients:
1/4 cup light brown sugar |
2 medium apples, peeled and cored and roughly diced |
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon |
1 teaspoon ground fresh nutmeg |
3 tablespoons unsalted butter, at room temperature |
1/3 cup golden raisin |
Directions:
1. Mix together the sugar,cinnamon, nutmeg and apples in a bowl. Reserve raisins for later. 2. Sprinkle mixture and raisins into dough for buns or pancakes or whatever and bake. |
