Apple Cinnamon Crunch Cereal

Fiber enriched and flavor full, this is a favorite of mine for breakfast. I usually have it alongside toast and jam, but you can add it next to any other morning meal of yours!
Ingredients:
1/2 cup low fat vanilla soymilk
1/4 cup kellogg's all-bran cereal
1/4 cup puffed kashi
1/4 apple, chopped
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions:
1. Add all ingredients and serve cold. Or microwave cereals and milk on high for about a minute, then add in the cinnamon and apples to serve hot.
