1 (8 ounce) carton vanilla yogurt |
2 tablespoons frozen apple juice concentrate, thawed |
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon |
2 cups shredded cabbage |
1 1/2 cups chopped apples |
1/2 cup chopped walnuts |
1/2 cup raisins |
Directions:
1. In small bowl, combine all dressing ingredients, blend well. 2. In medium bowl, combine all salad ingredients, toss. 3. Pour dressing over salad, toss to coat. |
