From Cappuccino Espresso the Book of Beverages by Christie and Thomas Katona. This sounds really good. Ingredients:
2 ounces apple syrup |
1/2 ounce cinnamon syrup |
2 ounces espresso |
milk, steamed and foamed |
cinnamon, for garnish |
Directions:
1. In a 12-ounce cup, combine syrups and espresso. 2. Fill cup with steamed milk, top with foamed milk and sprinkle with cinnamon. 3. Serve immediately. |
