Apple Cider Ribs

Fall off the bone tender
Ingredients:
2 lbs baby back ribs
1 1/2 cups apple cider
dry rub seasonings or barbecue sauce, of your choice
Directions:
1. Place a 2 lb. rack of baby back ribs in a foil lined shallow pan.
2. Add 1 1/2 cups apple cider and cover lightly with foil.
3. Bake at 250° for 3 hours basting every 1/2 hour or so with the cider.
4. After 3 hours remove from oven and add rub or sauce to ribs.
5. Drain off some liquid if needed.
6. Return to oven and bake uncovered for 1 hour at 325°.
