A yummy, quick breakfast that my family enjoys. We love oatmeal in the morning. Ingredients:
1 cup quick-cooking oats |
1 3/4 cups apple cider |
1 tablespoon butter |
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon |
1/8 teaspoon salt (if needed) |
Directions:
1. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine oats and cider. 2. Microwave, uncovered on high for 1-2 minutes. 3. Stir in the butter, cinnamon and salt (if using. I don't like it with salt but hubby does). 4. Serve. |
