Apple Cider Cinnamon Oatmeal |

This is so good, filling, and just taste like Fall. A perfect breakfast for a crisp Fall morning. Ingredients:
1 cup apple cider |
1/4 cup water |
2/3 cup quick-cooking oats |
1 teaspoon cinnamon |
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg |
1 tablespoon brown sugar (optional) |
1 apple, cored peeled and diced |
Directions:
1. Put cider, water, and apples in a sauce pan and bring to a boil on high heat. Add oats, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Bring back to a boil and then reduce heat to low. Cook for about 2 minutes or so. Add more oats and cook longer if it’s too thin. Add brown sugar and mix well if you want it sweeter. |
