2 apples (tart green varieties work best) |
3 onions, peeled and minced |
3/4 cup vinegar, white |
3/4 cup brown sugar, light |
1/3 cup raisins |
1 tablespoon ginger, fresh,peeled and minced |
1/8 teaspoon red pepper flakes |
2 green chilies |
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in a medium saucepan. 2. Slowly bring to a boil over medium heat. 3. Reduce the heat and simmer for 45 minutes, stirring frequently. 4. Cool, cover, and store refrigerated until needed. |
