Not only is this dessert bread delicious but it has an airy, light texture. It is ideal for toast the next day! Ingredients:
1 1/3 cup milk at room temperature |
1/4 cup vegetable oil |
2 tablespoons sugar |
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon |
1 1/2 salt |
3 cups bread flour |
2 1/2 teaspoons yeast |
1 1/3 apple, peeled and diced |
Directions:
1. Place the ingredients in the pan in the order given in the bread machines directions. 2. Add the diced apple after the first kneading. Most machines beep at a certain time after the first kneading which is when you would add the apple. |
