Ingredients:
1 3/4 cups quick oats |
1 1/2 cups flour |
1 teaspoon baking powder |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon cinnamon |
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg |
1 cup packed brown sugar |
1/2 cup white sugar |
1/2 cup butter, softened |
1 egg |
1 cup applesauce |
1/4 cup chai latte concentrate |
1 cup chocolate chips |
1 cup raisins |
1 cup walnuts |
Directions:
1. Pour raisins into small bowl and cover with Oregon Chai Original concentrate, set aside. Combine oats, flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg and set aside. In a separate mixing bowl, combine sugars, add butter and beat until creamy. Add egg and applesauce and blend until smooth. Add flour-oat mix and blend. Add chocolate chips, raisins and walnuts. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350, 10-12 minutes Yield 3 dozen. |
