Kind of light and refreshing. I know, it's simple, but that's the beauty of it for when your brain is fried and you're looking for a recipe... Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups bite-size pieces lettuce |
1 red apple, sliced |
1/4 cup diagonally sliced celery |
1/4 cup mayonnaise or 1/4 cup your choice salad dressing |
Directions:
1. Combine lettuce, apple slices and celery in bowl. 2. Pour mayonnaise on and toss. |
