Apple Celery Juice (Cold Fighter)

I grew up on raw fresh juice and this is one of my favorites. It's good to drink in the winter and in cold and flu season to ward off bugs or to help get better from one. It's also good anytime as it's all around good for ya ;) They say drinking fresh juice in the first 7 minutes is the best to really get all the nutrients.
Ingredients:
8 apples (juicy apples are better but use whatever you have they are all good for ya)
3 celery ribs
2 sprigs parsley
Directions:
1. chop up the apples into 4 and core if your juicer requires it.
2. juice half the apples.
3. juice the celery and the parsley.
4. juice the rest of the apples.
5. serve right away as is or over ice.
6. enjoy and feel better!
