Easy and refreshing salad. You can play around and use plain yogurt or add chopped pineapple or kiwi.
Ingredients:
3 apples, sliced thinly
1 carrot, grated
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
1 cup pineapple yogurt
Directions:
1. Put all ingredients in medium bowl and mix together.
2. Serve chilled or room temperature.
