Easy and refreshing salad. You can play around and use plain yogurt or add chopped pineapple or kiwi. Ingredients:
3 apples, sliced thinly |
1 carrot, grated |
1 teaspoon lemon juice |
1/4 cup walnuts, chopped |
1 cup pineapple yogurt |
Directions:
1. Put all ingredients in medium bowl and mix together. 2. Serve chilled or room temperature. |
