Apple Carrot Hummus Sandwich

This is one of my favourite vegan sandwich..Love in all season.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup pita bread
1/8 cup basic hummus
1 -3 walnuts
1 -2 cup carrot
1 cup apple
1/2 cup ginger
Directions:
1. a. 1/2 Pita, whole wheat or plain.
2. b. 1/8 – 1/4 C Basic Hummus.
3. Celsius 1-3 t Walnuts, finely chopped,.
4. d. Carrots – freshly shredded is best.
5. e. Apple slices – thinly sliced, tart apples such as Pippin or Granny Smith.
6. f. Ginger – sprinkle ground ginger or add minced fresh, to your taste.
