1 tbsp apple cider vinegar |
1 clove garlic, minced |
1/4 tsp cinnamon |
360 g pork tenderloin (chops 10201) |
1 1/2 tsp olive oil, divided |
1 tsp fresh thyme, chopped |
30 g (1/3 cup) almonds |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400F 2. In a small bowl, whisk together apple butter, vinegar, agave, garlic and cinnamon until combined. Set aside. 3. Season pork on all sides with 1/2 tsp oil, thyme, salt and pepper. Heat remaining 1 tsp oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Sear tenderloin on both sides until light golden-brown, about 4 minutes TOTAL 4. Remove pork from pan, coat each piece entirely with apple butter mixture and place on a foil-lined baking sheet.
