Easy delicous apple and Carmel cake Ingredients:
4 cups apples chopped and peeled |
2 cups all purpose flour |
2 tsp. baking soda |
3/4 tsp. salt |
2 tsp. cinnamn |
2 eggs beaten |
1/4 cup sugar |
2 cups brown sugar mixed with 1/4 cup water |
1 tsp. vanilla |
1/2 cup corn oil |
1 cup walnuts coarsely choppd and toasted |
1 jar good quality carmel sauce |
Directions:
1. Sift together flour baking soda salt ad cinnaon sit aide 2. Beat eggs,white sugar brown sugar mixed with water vanilla and corn oil 3. Stir in flour mixture and toasted toasted nuts when blended add apples and stir 4. Pour into greased 9x13 pan or bundt pan Bake 325 dgrees for 65-75 minutes 5. This cake will appear moist but not wet. Serve with carmel sauceyeilds 12-16 servings |
