5 lbs apples |
1 cup water |
2 lbs sugar |
Directions:
1. Peel and core apples. 2. Dice apples. Put in pan with water and cook stirring frequently, about 10 minutes. 3. Add 2 lbs sugar and continue simmering, 4. stirring and skimming for 10 minutes. 5. Hot pack into clean pint jars. |
