This is an absolutely delicious Apple Cake with cream cheese frosting!!! Ingredients:
2 eggs |
2 cups sugar |
2 cups flour, heaped |
4 cups peeled diced baking apples, sliced very thin |
1/2 cup vegetable oil |
2 teaspoons baking soda |
2 teaspoons cinnamon |
2 teaspoons vanilla |
3/4 cup powdered sugar |
12 ounces cream cheese |
3 tablespoons butter |
1/2 teaspoon vanilla |
1/2-3/4 cup chopped walnuts |
Directions:
1. In greased 13 by 9 pan.
2. mix and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
3. combine frosting ingredients and spread on cooled cake.
