I got this recipe from another group. The title originally said bread....but I think it sounds more like cake.....so I changed it. I haven't made it yet myself. What do you think? I just know it sounds good! Ingredients:
* 2 cups all purpose flour |
* 1 1/2 cup sugar |
* 1 cup vegetable oil |
* 2 cups apple butter |
* 4 eggs |
* 2 tsp baking powder |
* 1 tsp baking soda |
* 1 tsp cinnamon |
* 1 tsp nutmeg |
* 1/4 tsp ground cloves |
* 1/2 tsp salt |
Directions:
1. PREHEAT OVEN 350* MEASURE ALL INGREDIENTS INTO LARGE MIXING BOWL AND BEAT AT LOW SPEED UNTIL MOISTENED, THEN AT MEDIUM SPEED FOR 2 MINUTES. POUR INTO GREASED 10X15-INCH JELLYROLL PAN. BAKE 25 TO 30 MINUTES UNTIL TOOTHPICK INSERTED IN CENTER COMES OUT CLEAN. COOL COMPLETELY. |
