This receipe is from and apple orchard where we pick apples every year. It's very easy and comes out very moist. I uesd to 10x the receipe when I cooked for the school. So you can easily double or triple the receipe with no problem. Ingredients:
1/2 cup margarine |
1 cup sugar |
1 egg |
1 cup chopped apple |
1 cup chopped nuts |
1 cup flour |
1/2 teaspoon baking soda |
1/2 teaspoon baking powder |
1 teaspoon cinnamon |
Directions:
1. Cream margarine and sugar, add egg, apples and nuts. Sift flour, soda, baking powder and cinnamon. Mix together. Spread into 10x10 pan. Bake 350 for 40 minutes. |
