My dear Mom received this recipe from an old friend, very easy to make and I can't believe she tweaked it taking out a lot of the sugar!!!
Ingredients:
2 cups biscuit mix (we use pioneer)
1/4 cup sugar (originally 3/4 cup)
1 egg
3 tablespoons canola oil
3/4 cup milk
1 apple, peeled and finely chopped
Directions:
1. Preheat oven 400 degrees.
2. Mix all ingredients together.
3. Oil loaf pan and pour in batter.
4. Bake 35 minutes.
