Everyone I have ever made this for wants the recipe!
Ingredients:
3 cups flour
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup chopped nuts (i use walnuts)
2 eggs
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 1/4 cups oil
2 chopped apples
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Mix together all ingredients until well blended in large bowl. Pour batter into 2 greased loaf pans. Bake for about 1 hour.
2. I leave the skins on the apples; and I have also substituted wheat flour and its just as good, but a little healthier!
