Everyone I have ever made this for wants the recipe! Ingredients:
3 cups flour |
2 teaspoons vanilla |
2 cups sugar |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon cinnamon |
1 cup chopped nuts (i use walnuts) |
2 eggs |
1 teaspoon baking soda |
1 1/4 cups oil |
2 chopped apples |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Mix together all ingredients until well blended in large bowl. Pour batter into 2 greased loaf pans. Bake for about 1 hour. 2. I leave the skins on the apples; and I have also substituted wheat flour and its just as good, but a little healthier! |
