This is a great and healthy drink I often whip up. It's especially nice to be able to make it when fresh fruit isn't in season since it uses frozen fruit. Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups banana yogurt or 1 1/2 cups non-fat vanilla yogurt |
1 cup apple juice |
1/2 cup frozen strawberries, partially thawed |
1/2 cup frozen sliced peaches, partially thawed |
Directions:
1. Place yogurt, apple juice, strawberries, and peaches in a blender; cover. 2. Blend until smooth and serve right away. |
