From a church cookbook. I have never tried one of these, but this one sounds good, and easy! Ingredients:
1/2 cup margarine |
1/2 cup sugar |
1 cup flour |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1 cup chopped pecans |
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese |
1 egg |
1/2 cup sour cream |
1/4 cup sugar |
1/2 teaspoon vanilla |
1 (15 ounce) can apple pie filling |
1/3 cup sugar |
2 tablespoons cinnamon |
Directions:
1. Crust:. 2. Mix well and press in a 9-inch square pan. 3. Filling:. 4. Blend together; pour over crust. 5. Topping:. 6. Spread on pie filling; sprinkle cinnamon and sugar over top. 7. Bake at 450* 10 minutes, then 375* for 30 minutes. |
