Found this online & made it while at work. I tested it out on my co-workers & they loved it. I followed the instructions listed below but I changed some of the ingredients below by using strawberry milk & I added a cup of low-fat yogurt (peach flavored)so so good!! My co-workers all said they would have paid me for the drink! lol Ingredients:
1 banana, peeled & chopped |
1 apple, peeled & chopped |
1/2 cup orange juice |
1/4 cup milk |
1 cup ice |
1/4 cup flavored yogurt (optional) |
Directions:
1. In a blender combine banana, apple, orange juice, milk & optional yogurt. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve. |
