A simple recipe that makes a yummy filling for crepes. Ingredients:
3 granny smith apples |
1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon |
1 1/2 tablespoons brown sugar |
3/4 cup water |
1/4 cup sultana |
Directions:
1. Peel, core and slice the apples. 2. Place in a saucepan along with all other ingredients. 3. Cook until apples are soft, stirring every so often. 4. Serve warm in hot crepes. |
