A yummy herbal tea blend Ingredients:
1/2 tablespoon dried lemon slice |
2 tablespoons dried apples, peels dried |
2 tablespoons apple mint, dried |
1 tablespoon dried chamomile, dried |
2 cinnamon sticks, broken |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a small jar. 2. Seal Jar. 3. To make Tea: add two teaspoons of tea mix to a cup of boiling water. 4. Let steep for 5 minutes, strain and sweeten to taste. |
