For this recipe you will need a juicer. It makes about one juice you can add more or less apples and you basiclly just shove everything in the juicer but I recomend the apples first. This is one of your five a day and its a great energy boost!!! Ingredients:
2 apples |
1 stick celery |
1 piece ginger |
Directions:
1. Wash the apples and celery and then remove the stalk of the apples and peel ginger if desired. Put everything in the juicer (better if apples first) then add ice and enjoy! |
