Apple and Cheese Pancakes recipe Ingredients:
4 medium eggs, separated |
1 cup cottage cheese |
1 cup apple, grated coarsely |
3/4 cup flour |
1 tablespoon honey |
1 tablespoon of chopped almonds |
1 teaspoon lemon juice |
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon |
1 pinch salt |
Directions:
1. Instructions for Apple and Cheese Pancakes:. 2. Mix all of the ingredients, except the egg whites, together. 3. Beat the egg whites, then fold inches. 4. Spray a suitably sized skillet with cooking spray. 5. Heat the skillet. 6. Drop batter to form pancakes. 7. Brown the pancakes. 8. Serve. |
