2 tablespoons mayonnaise |
1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro leaves |
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice |
1 1/2 celery ribs |
1 crisp red apple |
Directions:
1. In a small bowl whisk together mayonnaise, cilantro, lemon juice, and salt and pepper to taste until combined. Cut celery and apple into 1 1/2-inch-long thin julienne strips. Toss together celery, apple, dressing, and salt and pepper to taste. |
