I love sweet salads and this is one that is easy and quite tasty. It's good as a salad or as a healthy snack. Ingredients:
2 large tart, crisp diced apples |
1 tbls lemon juice |
1/2 cup diced dried apricots |
1/2 cup diced celery |
1/4 cup chopped pecans |
1/3 cup active-culture vanilla yogurt |
Directions:
1. Toss apples in lemon juice. 2. Toss apples with other ingredients except for yogurt. 3. Mix yogurt into salad and chill. |
