Apple, Almond & Blue Cheese Salad |

Ready for fall? This will get you in the mood. Delicious! Ingredients:
2 tablespoons green onions |
2 tablespoons vinegar |
2 tablespoons lemon juice |
3/4 teaspoon pepper |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon sugar |
2/3 cup oil |
romaine lettuce |
watercress (i use red leaf if i can't find watercress) |
2/3 cup blue cheese, crumbled |
3 red apples, chopped into 1/2 inch cubes |
1 cup toasted almond |
Directions:
1. Mix salad greens, blue cheese, apples and toasted almonds in a bowl. 2. Process dressing ingredients in a blender and serve over salad. |
