The cooking time is the refrigeration time. Ingredients:
4 ounces cream cheese, softened |
1/4 cup minced fresh cilantro or 1/4 cup fresh parsley |
2 -3 tablespoons minced banana peppers |
1 garlic clove, minced |
1/2 lb thinly sliced roast beef |
12 ounces cream cheese, softened |
1/2 cup shredded carrot |
1/2 cup shredded zucchini |
4 teaspoons dill weed |
1/2 lb thinly sliced cooked ham |
1/2 lb thinly sliced cooked turkey |
Directions:
1. In a bowl, combine the cream cheese, cilantro, peppers, and garlic. 2. Spread about 2 tablespoons on each slice of beef. 3. Roll up tightly and wrap in plastic wrap. 4. In another bowl, combine the cream cheese, carrot, zucchini, and dill. 5. Spread about 2 tablespoons on each slice of ham and turkey. 6. Roll up tightly; wrap in plastic wrap. 7. Refrigerate overnight. 8. Slice into 1-1/2inch pieces. |
