This breaded cheese is coated with healthy sesame. It is salty and cheesy and just delicious! Ingredients:
1/2 cup of italian bread crumbs |
1/2 cup sesame seeds, lightly toasted |
1 egg, beaten |
1/2 pound of feta cheese, sliced into bite sized fingers |
1/4 cup of canola or vegetable oil |
Directions:
1. Mix bread crumbs and sesame together in a shallow bowl. 2. Dip Feta in egg and drudge with sesame mixture. 3. Heat oil in skillet. 4. Shallow fry approx. 3 to 4 minutes per appetizer. 5. Drain on paper towels and serve hot. |
